Jeski Adams is an author of emotionally intense, character-driven romance that centers imperfect people, complicated histories, chosen family, agency, accountability, and love that refuses to require someone to become less of themselves in order to deserve it.

Her work often explores people carrying trauma, insecurity, anger, poverty, unconventional desires, difficult pasts, and identities or bodies that are too often pushed to the margins of romance. Rather than writing characters who are “fixed” by love, Jeski writes people who are allowed to remain fully human while learning how to communicate, set boundaries, take responsibility for their choices, and decide who deserves a place beside them.

A longtime writer of M/M romance, Jeski has spent years creating stories about men who are scarred, sexual, flawed, funny, stubborn, loyal, and deeply capable of love. Her books are known for strong ensemble casts, distinctive character voices, found-family dynamics, emotionally grounded intimacy, and relationships built around choice rather than rescue.

Her interconnected romance worlds include the Men of Razorblade Kisses Series, centered around the artists and piercers of Razorblade Kisses Tattoo Shop; the Coaching Series, where soccer, competition, mentorship, attraction, and hard-earned emotional honesty collide; and the Marshall’s Athletic Club Series, an ensemble-driven world of athletes, trainers, martial artists, security professionals, fighters, and the men who become part of the club’s ever-expanding chosen family.

Across these series, romance may begin in a tattoo shop, on a soccer field, inside a training facility, beside a climbing wall, or somewhere completely unexpected—but Jeski’s characters are never reduced to the circumstances that bring them together. Careers matter. Friendships matter. Family matters. Bodies matter. Sex matters. Boundaries matter. And the person each character chooses to become inside a relationship matters just as much as the relationship itself.

Jeski is also the author of My Life in Poetry, and her creative work extends beyond romance into poetry, articles, screenwriting, and other projects that continue to examine identity, desire, vulnerability, body acceptance, and what it means to be fully seen.

Across everything she writes, Jeski returns to the same core belief:

Imperfection is not the same thing as unworthiness.

Her characters do not have to become easier, prettier, quieter, safer, thinner, less complicated, or more socially acceptable before they are allowed to stand at the center of a story. But being worthy of love does not excuse anyone from responsibility for how they love another person.

That balance—between acceptance and accountability, desire and agency, intensity and consent—is at the heart of her work.

When she is not writing, Jeski is usually developing new characters, expanding interconnected story worlds, creating visual concepts for her books, or finding yet another way for fictional people to get into one another’s business.
